Milk drinker

For some reason, Gabriella likes to drink her milk with a spoon. I usually don't let her too often because she makes a HUGE mess, but I was feeling nice the other day and I have pictures to prove it.

Of course no day would be complete without a few stickers here and there.

sticker monster

Gabriella's favorite thing is stickers. She loves to stick them all over her. I blame her cousin Catherine who visited last year and put stickers all over her :) Now she can't stop. She does it in the car, in the stroller while I'm walking and at home. I don't mind too much because she enjoys it and it keeps her occupied for an hour. I'm not kidding.

She is starting to run out of room
Don't bother me, I'm playing with my stickers.

4 Wheelin'

Noa's little 4 wheeler is now fixed, and boy do the boys love it. Surprising enough, they are pretty good about taking turns. Noa and his dad will come pick up Olsen and either ride in our backyard or go around the block.  Man, I wish I had one!

Noa giving Olsen a ride

Now it's Olsen's turn.  Dusty set up a little obstacle course.

Thank you Auntie Janey

Gabriella loves her outfit from Auntie Janey. It couldn't be more perfect. She is my crazy little monkey girl who loves dresses and skirts and this cute outfit is a skirt that has monkeys on it.  Like I said, perfect :)

Fire Station

Olsen and Gabriella had a very fun morning. Noa's dad is a firefighter and invited us to visit the station today. I picked up Lu (the mom) and Noa we were off. I don't think Olsen could have had a better time.  I couldn't believe I forgot my real camera, so these are all taken with my phone.

Walking over to the helicopter
Olsen and Gabriella sitting in the helicopter.  Olsen really thought he was going to go for a ride. Sorry kid, no can do.
Then they all made their way to the explore the smaller engine
Then we made our way over to the brand new HUGE engine
They just pulled the headsets out of the boxes when we got there
They loved talking to each other over the headset
Noa talking to his dad, Dusty (uncle D to Olsen)
Snack time on the back of the old engine
Then we put the kids in the back of a regular truck to watch the helicopter do some training exercises.  It was so winding that the Noa and Olsen borrowed their mom's sunglasses to protect their eyes.
Watching the them practice landed to basket in the same spot.  They use that basket to rescue people from the ocean.
Cool dude's

A tour on the ambulance.  Dusty hooked Lu heart monitor
So everyone wanted a try
She doesn't look it, but she really did like it.
So that was our adventure for the day.  The kids loved it.  They got a fire safety coloring book, activity book and a tattoo.  I'm sure we will be back.

Fun in the backyard

The backyard had become the fun spot now.

Noa and his dad (they live across the street and Olsen and Noa go to school together) came over the other day with a kite. The wind was perfect and the boys got to fly it.
Olsen trying his hardest to hit the ball

Making sure it works all right
Last month we ended up having a big water fight.  All I had was the little hand water guns and our neighbors brought out the big soakers.  I need to get some better water guns.

Halloween night

Last night we went to our tri-ward trunk or treat.   I forgot that I bought a BYU cheerleading this summer while in Provo.  I remember at 3:00 yesterday.  Gabriella was going to go has a fairy, but the dress was way too big and looked weird.  Now she looks like a cute mini cheerleader.  I think her bag weighs more than her
Olsen showing off his swinging skills.  He refused to wear his fireman costume I got him.  We told everyone he was an off-duty fireman.  At least he is wearing his Halloween shirt he made at school.  It was pretty cute too.

Gabriella couldn't wait any longer and dumped all her candy out on the way to the car.
Byron looking mighty good as Speed Racer
I like this shot because you can see the temple in the background.  The angel Moroni looks pretty cool
Gabriella hanging out with daddy eating candy.
