Gabriella wearing her new outfit the other day. Wearing her red shooz for the very last time. They were way too small, but I couldn't resist because of the red dress.
Olsen is in a fun, yet difficult stage of life. We have been watching a lot of Baby Einstein DVD's latey (by his request) and he is learning new words everytime he watches them. It is so wonderful to see his mind work and grow. He repeats everything he hears, which can be good and bad. But he can also throw a tantrum at a drop of a hat.
He is my boy, he makes me happy and I love him :) We are potty training again so he just hangs out in a t-shirt and underwear most days. He has also decided that my laundry hamper is his new car track course. Today it was a over flowing (so I need to do laundry) and Olsen just took clothes out to close the lid. He's a clever boy, he knows what he want and how to get it. :)
Had another photo shot on my bed today. I can't get over how cute these shoes are.
Just the shoes Close up of cute Gabriella Here is a before shot And here is after I played around with it. I thought they both turned out cute. Mama and baby
Olsen decided that he HAD to help me make dinner yesterday. I was by the sink and when I turned around he had brought the stool in from the bathroom and started to stir the potatoes. What a helpful kid. Today I wanted to see what Gabriella would do with a sippy cup of water. She took to it like a fish to water (get it??). She loved her new cup and was able to hold it herself. I was pretty impressed myself to how well she did.
Here are the cute shoes that Lore made. She is talented beyond belief. She also made the red shoes that Gabriella wore for Christmas. Here are a couple of shots of her wearing them, but you can't see the shoes too well, I'll have to take some better ones later. The kids just playing in the backyard. Olsen proudly wearing his PA Harris Electic shirt. Speaking of shoes, Aunt Rachel got these cute Cars "buttons" for Olsens crocs. He loves them.
My neck and back are still bothering me from the accident in Utah, so last week Byron and I got massages. Regina has been friends of the Harris' for 15 years now and is also my pilates instructor. I love that she comes to house, it is much easier for us with the two kids. As you can tell, Olsen was not going to be left out and climbed onto the table and got his first massage.
I love these PJ (same one from the horsey ride Fely). I had to get a picture of Byron holding Gabriella right before bed. Olsen climbs into Gabriella crib all the time. It is pretty cute. Sometimes in the morning he will climb in a cuddle with her. This is right after she woke up from her nap.
Olsen loves Gabriella and wants to do everything with her. We were goofing off yesterday morning before church and he wanted Gabriella to get on his back. Here is how the horsey ride played out. As you can tell, Gabriella love her brother too. They are such funny kids.
Now that we actually have a real backyard, Olsen has been able to go out and play some games. We got a small soccer ball for him and he is pretty good at kicking it. Maybe his aunt Monica should come over and give a few pointers. :)
Here daddy his showing him how it is done Olsen soon got the hang of it. Gabriella just hanging out (with the help of daddy) while her brother is going crazy kicking the soccer ball The two of them looking quite pretty in the afternoon sun.
I need to be better about updating. What can I say, I've had a very crazy week and have had no time to post or even think about posting. I did get some cute shots of my kids though. Here are a few for your viewing pleasure.
Gabriella is looking very angelic in these pictures Olsen is playing cooking monster with my phone. It was pretty cute at the time. He loves to play cookie monster with about everything now. Thank you Seasame Street. :)
